Moving forward: Kagiso Sento

Last year her celebrity marriage ended amid a tremulous last few years with her ex-husband Vee Mampeezy, now Kagiso Sento is picking up the pieces of her life and moving on.

Kagiso has not spoken about her divorce and still refuses to do so, in an interview with MmegiOnline, the reluctant mother of two says: “Look I don’t know what you want me to say about that topic, because everything has played out in the public. Well some of it. I wish not to talk about that part of my life, because I have a family to think about.”

Kagiso refuses to entertain any more questions about her marriage and or divorce except to say “regardless of the bad that played out in public I did have a beautiful family. Right now my ex husband and I are trying to figure out this co-parenting situation and that is really that about him and I.”

Quizzed how her ex husband's social media post about their family situation affected her, she again preferred to say "I have come to accept the person he is. I am at peace right now and very selfish about it and I am not going to let anyone steal that."

Now the celebrity brand influencer is looking to carve her name as she continues to move on with her life in the new year, she is optimistic about the new year and what it has in store for her and her family, “ I have just moved into my new amazing home and things are looking really good for me on the business front.”

Asked to expand more on her business ventures, one of the most followed women in Botswana shares, “ I cannot share much on my deals before they are published by the brands, but we have sealed a lot of deals both here at home and in South Africa. I will be doing a lot of work between the countries as we continue to grow my brand.”

“Honestly that is what I am about these days. I am about focusing on my business and on my children.” Kagiso concludes further jokingly asking this reporter to refrain from asking about her marriage saying “ One day I will tell my story, When the time is right, who knows?”
