Whispers of the Soul Sister Consultancy, which is the brainchild of strategist, writer and social activist Zandile “The Soul Sister” Kekgonegile, stands as a bridge between potential and prosperity.

The consultancy is a transformational movement built to change the trajectory of lives, brands, and the creative economy in Botswana. "We are here to empower Batswana to take ownership of their earning power by turning passion into income streams, raw ideas into market-ready brands, and dreams into sustainable business ecosystems," Kekgonegile said. For a nation grappling with unemployment, mental fatigue, addiction, and shrinking opportunities, this movement is a breath of new possibility.

"We believe economic empowerment is emotional empowerment," she said.

"Through practical guidance, brand storytelling, and purpose-driven strategy, we are restoring confidence, direction, and hope. We do not just consult. We activate. We co-create. We transform."

Kekgonegile said as a consultancy, they cater for SMEs and start-ups seeking affordable yet impactful brand strategies, entrepreneurs and creatives ready to build visibility and income streams.

Equally, they target women and youth-led enterprises aiming to grow through storytelling and strategy, and community projects and NGOs looking for authentic marketing and social impact campaigns.

"We understand the realities of growing with limited budgets. Our solutions are practical, scalable, and impactful."

She added that their approach blends storytelling and strategy to deliver results that move both hearts and numbers.

"We believe in authenticity, visibility, and purpose, connecting brands to people, not just platforms. With experience serving both big brands and start-ups, we bring balance, agility from SMEs, and discipline from corporates.

"We do not just consult, we co-create, mentor, and cheer for your brand’s success," Kekgonegile said.

She pointed out that Soul Sister is not just about building community. She also said they curate experiences and conversations that allow creatives to connect, collaborate, and thrive.

"We are not just a consultancy, we are a movement. We are here to shift culture, revive ambition, and give young Batswana the tools, clarity, and strategy to build brands that outlive them. This is the start of a new era where passion meets profit and purpose becomes a livelihood," she said.
