Investment Symposium On The Cards

An event set to review the country’s economic, investment, development and business environment is set to take place next month in Gaborone.

Dubbed, the “Investment Symposium on 50 Years of Doing Business in Botswana” under the theme, “Then, now and beyond: Our economic journey”, the two-day event is organised by a local company called 50 Years of Economics and Business.

According to the company’s business development partner, Archie Oyega Thembe, the primary objective of the event is to conduct a holistic review of Botswana’s economic, investment, development and business environment, using a six sector approach being; ICT, manufacturing, mining, financial services, energy, tTourism and entrepreneurship, with a view of regenerating interest on the identified sectors.
