SB Gets Broader Access To BURS Data

Statistics Botswana (SB) now has access to critical and relevant information from Botswana Unified Revenue Services (BURS), which will assist the agency in improving the quality and timeliness of data collection.

This comes after the two entities signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) last week, which will strengthen the cooperation between them. 

The MOU will facilitate the provision of timely, accurate and relevant information mainly about the business register, trade statistics, national accounts, surveys and other information that both organisations will agree upon form time to time.
