Debswana builds cattle judging ring at Sebele

The P2.5 million multi purpose cattle judging ring that is being erected at the National Agricultural showground in Sebele, is expected to be completed early next year. Construction of the structure, which is sponsored by Debswana, started in May

Last Wednesday, Debswana officials took the media on a tour of the facility.

Debswana Corporate Citizenship Manager, Barulanganye Mogotsi said they decided to sponsor the judging ring in addition to the national agricultural shows. Debswana sponsors the regional agricultural show for P700, 000. The Debswana official told the media that winners at the regional shows benefit from the company’s sponsorship. He added that this year, Debswana also sponsored the popular Ghanzi agricultural show.
