Ramogotsi win Under-11 cricket league

Bokaa-based Ramogotsi Primary School defied the odds on Wednesday when they thrashed Gaborone's Itumeleng Primary School by seven runs in a Botswana Cricket Association (BCA) Under-11 15 over league final.

The league for government schools featured Oodi, Ben Thema, Botsalano, Boikhutso, Mojadife, Tsogang, Ikageng, Mmusi, Rasesa, Bophirima, Itumeleng and Ramogotsi primary schools.

The well-attended final started off at a high pace with both teams balanced. Ramogotsi who realised that Itumeleng had weak batsmen exploited their rival batsmen's weakness to win the tournament.
