More goodies for Premier League clubs

After the signing of the P15 million be Mobile sponsorship deal, more money is coming to the Premier League courtesy of a separate broadcasting rights deal that will give each of the 16 clubs at least P50,000 per month. This will be the first pay-out for Premier League clubs.

Premier League officials remain tight lipped about the television rights deal but it is understood that it is a multi-million-pula package. The broadcaster, possibly Btv has agreed to pay up front. The Premier League resumes on November 29 after a break caused by sponsorship negotiations.
