Kubara keeps his financiers secret

Controversial Zimbabwean businessman, Oscar Kubara does want not to disclose the source of the multi-million dollars he wanted to use to sponsor the Botswana Premier League. "We are not a public company, our affairs are private," he said. He stated that the would-be Premier League sponsors are buying shares in his moribund Munhumutapa African Broadcasting Corporation (MABC).

"We know where the money comes from. It is shareholders' funds. We are not at liberty to disclose the identity," said Kubara ,whose sponsorship deal with Botswana football authorities fell through when he failed to show the money. He declined to comment on claims that an Arab businessman is behind MABC. "What is wrong with being Arabic?" he quipped.
