Former big guns struggle in lower ranks

Former beMOBILE Premier League sides Jwaneng Comets, Prisons XI and Mogoditshane Fighters are finding the going tough in the Debswana First Division South League, perhaps a sign that top league experience counts for nothing in the lower ranks.

Prisons XI and Fighters dropped points to minnows. On Saturday Modipane United humbled Prisons XI 2-1, with former Zebras defender, Kabelo Kgosiang featuring for the Warders. This is one game that Prisons XI who were on position three, one point and one rung above their opponents on the log, were expected to win.

But Collen Mokganelwa's boys led by former Mochudi Centre Chiefs striker Molatlhegi "Teenage" Podile added to their woes.
