FRANCISTOWN: Township Rollers set a date with Orapa United in the final of the Mascom Top 8 after humiliating Mochudi Centre Chiefs 2-0 in the second leg encounter played at the Francistown Sports Complex on Saturday. The victory meant Rollers humbled their rivals 5-1 on aggregate.

The game started on a low key with Rollers sitting with five men at the back. Magosi caused an early scare in the 10th minute as Tendai Nyumasi’s chest pass sat well for Lemponye Tshireletso, but the league’s leading scorer blazed over. Four minutes later, Nyumasi came close but his shot went agonisingly wide.

Rollers’ first threat came in the 25th minute when Gofaone Tiro dribbled past Ontse Ntesa, but he took a tame shot. Chiefs defended with a lot of men for a trailing side.
