BOSETU have accused the Ministry of Basic Education of reluctance to discuss and solve the new problems of extra work loads besieging the teaching sector, despite the Union initiating constant and regular engagement with the Ministry regarding the issue of the alteration of workloads for teachers.

BOSETU says their constructive, honest, transparent and fair engagements with MoBE.

Executives were through a virtual meeting on 9th February 2022, where MoBE Executives requested to be given some time to complete an exercise they have started, of auditing workloads for teachers; where they promised that the report will be discussed by the parties.
