Police are investigating a case in which a 36-year-old Mahalapye man was found hanging from the roof rafters in what appears to be a suicide incident.

This unfortunate event unfolded in the Sekobidi cattle post on the outskirts of Mokoswane village on Thursday. No.16 District Officer Commanding, Senior Superintendent Nicholas Kadiatla provided details regarding the incident.

The deceased, a native of Mokoswane, did not leave behind any message or indication of what might have driven him to take such a drastic step. Investigations into the matter are currently underway. “The deceased was found by his elder brother on Thursday morning hanging from his roof rafters and reported the matter to the police.
