Rakgare faces suspension

The Botswana Congress Party (BCP) is likely to take action against the youth league president, Chillyboy Rakgare.

Although the party vice president, Kesitegile Gobotswang was evasive about what action they are likely to take against Rakgare, Mmegi has learnt that the youth league president might face suspension. Rakgare sits on BCP executive committee.

In an interview yesterday, Gobotswang said the Rakgare matter was internal and it would not be appropriate to share details of what action would be taken before it had been discussed.
