Mokgware satisfied with AP’s growth

The Alliance for Progressives (AP) chairperson, Pius Mokgware, has expressed satisfaction with the party’s steady and widespread growth, describing the development as both promising and impressive.

In an interview with The Monitor on Sunday at Gaborone Senior Secondary School, where the party’s national congress was held, he also addressed concerns about the perceived low turnout.

The chairperson revealed the congress was attended by 700 voting delegates from across the country, in line with the party’s constitutional requirements.
