Nephew arrested for allegedly killing Aunt in Tobane

Police in Botshabelo are investigating a suspected murder case involving close relatives following the death of a 68-year-old woman in Tobane village over the weekend.

The incident comes just weeks after a separate case in Selebi Phikwe in which a man allegedly killed his older brother, raising fresh concern over violent disputes within families.

Confirming the latest incident, Botshabelo Police Station commander, Superintendent Sedisa Malefo, said the police received a report about the incident on Friday, around 1:30 pm.
