Man in court for kidnap and rape

Detective Sergeant, Baleofi Disho, walked the court through a chilly account how Puisano Mojapodi and his friends allegedly dragged and threatened the woman and her boyfriend with a spear and axe before the rape.

Disho said that on the morning of 26 December last year, he received a report from the boyfriend who said that the suspects had come to his house and demanded to go with his girlfriend. "He said he refused to open following but they forced open the door with a spear and demanded to go with the girlfriend," Disho said. He added that the boyfriend then decided to walk his girlfriend to her house, but she was dragged away by the suspects.
