Magistrate to rule on defilement case

FRANCISTOWN: After listening to the investigating officer's evidence, Senior Magistrate Thebeetsile Mulalu is to decide whether Otsetswe Ramareltwa, who is accused of defilement, has a case to answer.

"The reliable source said she was doing Standard Six at Tangala Primary School. I went to school to ask Simisane Makgetlwa (the school head teacher) to confirm and also contacted the Engleton family and both parties confirmed that Chawada had dropped out of school," Sergeant Tsatsi said.
