Industrial Court interdicts Btv in Ntopolelang case

Industrial Court Judge Annah Mathiba on Friday interdicted national broadcaster Botswana Television (Btv) from transferring senior producer Joshua Ntopolelang to the Ministry of Minerals Energy and Water Affairs (MMEWR) until the court has made its determination.

The court will hear the merits of the case today (Tuesday).

“Yes I am back at work in Btv as I speak. I will return to MMEWR if the court says my employer acted fairly.
