The Botswana Federation of Public, Private, Parastatal Sector Unions (BOFEPUSU) says it has uncovered government’s tricks to cancel the Public Service Bargaining Council (PSBC) registration long before the seven days it was given to comment on it by the Commissioner of Labour.

On November 1, 2017 Kokorwe wrote to BOFEPUSU asking them to make representations in respect of an application made by the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM) for the cancellation of the registration of the PSBC.
