First winter cold front set to hit

The winter season’s first cold front is due to hit southern parts of Botswana this weekend and into Monday, plunging temperatures to six degrees Celsius in certain parts.

The front is driven from Johannesburg, where residents there are equally in for a frosty weekend.

Yesterday, the Department of Meteorological Services said the Southern Kgalagadi area would experience a drop in temperatures.
