Moagi's wealth trail laid bare as trial continues

The Broadhurst Regional Magistrate’s Court on Friday heard that former Minerals and Energy minister, Lefoko Moagi, never declared the P417 500 loan which is now at the centre of his corruption and money laundering trial. This was disclosed by Director General of Ethics and Integrity Directorate, Tiny Keseabetswe, who took the stand as State witness to outline the framework governing asset and liability declarations by public officers.
