Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for establishing an independent quality assurance system to monitor compliance: with company and regulatory requirements and company Quality Policies and Requirements · Responsible for implementing a quality audit programme in which compliance with operations procedures is reviewed at regular intervals · Ensures that any observed non-compliance with operations procedures is reviewed at regular intervals ·

Responsible for follow-up and closure of any non-conformities identified · Establishes regular meetings with the Accountable Manager to review the effectiveness of the quality system · Responsible for preparing standards practices and operating procedures manuals for use within the company · Responsible for submission of company operating standards, policies, manuals and any associated amendments to CAAB Experience and Qualification Ø Degree or Diploma in Quality Management Systems or Degree or Diploma in Business Management
