The social media has become a blessing for many small and medium-sized businesses in the country that have limited resources. Most of these businesses have enthusiastically adopted free social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube for marketing, publicity, customer relations and market research purposes.
