Local Women Take To FemBioBiz Programme

Local women have embraced FemBioBiz acceleration programme that is coordinated by the Botswana Innovation Hub (BIH) as more than 40 entries have been submitted.

The initiative, which is currently in its second year, is a joint initiative between different southern African countries aimed at empowering female entrepreneurs as well as enabling African women scientists to play a role in the challenges presented by the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (2030).

The programme is a collaboration effort between BIH and the Southern African Network for Biosciences (SANBio).

The Projects Magazine today launched The Future of Mining Summit, set to become the country’s premier mining conference. The event is scheduled for 12th and 13th of June 2024, at Boipuso Hall, Fairgrounds in Gaborone.
