BOCCIM holds Secretaries Convention

The theme for this year's convention is "Becoming a Team Player for Superior Delivery". The Convention is designed to meet the needs of secretaries, receptionists, office managers, administrative clerks, and other supporting personnel.  It is also aimed at creating a positive and memorable learning experience that will stimulate the desire for exchange and application of the team skills.

"Looking at today's workforce, our observation is that there is need for more team building initiatives. With today's environment where the world has just experienced an economic crisis, the effort of teams will contribute significantly to the organisations' bottom line.
"We often find that the bigger the personal discovery, the larger the commitment to the team goals," BOCCIM said in a statement.
