Soft, creamy, almost airy cloud like, this dessert continues to spark curiosity far beyond any border and ocean, and it’s easy to see why. In a world that feels increasingly fast and overwhelming, this simple cheesecake offers comfort and a sense of play. It looks indulgent, yet feels light. And perhaps most importantly, it brings families together in the kitchen.

I’ll be honest I wasn’t entirely sure why this particular cheesecake had taken off the way it did. We’ve seen viral foods come and go: whipped coffee which we love, tortilla hacks are a yes, baked feta and cloud bread I know of but have not messed with.
