Malva Pudding Magic These desserts will steal the show, while working on the currently running Hinds Spice Advice tour, one of tasks was to create a set of recipes for the students at the culinary institutions to recreate and showcase and as I dived through the Hinds website for recipes this Malva pudding caught my attention because it's different.

I might have not had a chance to make it myself before going on tour, but I tasted it at the first school we visited and it blew my socks right off. Ahhh, Christmas.
