Matheatau says his new album called, Favour, will re-introduce him as one of the most fearless competitors in the music industry. Earlier this year, the musician was in the news for reasons other than music on account of his divorce. This marked a dark era in the musician's life and many doubted he would recover in time to revive his waning career.
"I cannot say I am celebrating my new life because divorce is an unfortunate thing. It is one of those things that you want to forget because you are not grateful it has happened," Matheatau told Showbiz.The muscular former soldier broke into the limelight with his debut album called, Dilala Di Tshameka. He admits that his career took a knock around the same time his marriage started to fall apart. Now Matheatau says he believes his eighth album, due for release at the end of September, is the first step towards him starting the process of putting his life back together. One of the tracks on the new release, Bo Rre, addresses relationship problems but Matheatau denies it was inspired by his personal experiences.
