Botswana models off to Zim Fashion Week

Five Batswana models have left the country for the August 30-September 1 Zimbabwe Fashion Week in Harare.

The models (three females and two males)flew to Harare under the aegis of First Models Agency (FMA).Speaking to Showbiz before departure yesterday, Thor Dunetta of FMA said that the team had to leave a few days earlier so that they could prepare well for the show. The models had a task of fitting clothes before the show and as well as practise their walks on the ramp.

He added that they were also to liaise with the organisers to see whose clothes the Botswana models would be showcasing.Dunetta said that FMA is the business of securing gigs for models outside the country because the Botswana market is limited.
