I am going home this weekend

The latest developments could be a signal that the world is coming to an end. When I was growing up, and even recently, the pastor at my church used to preach that such signs, that the end is near, include floods, wars, crooked prophets, and fast days leading to fast months, and years. Indeed there are reports of a number of wars taking place around the world since the beginning of the year.

Buttressing that, my television recently informed me that world superpowers were on the brink of a military confrontation following the downing of an aircraft in an incident that claimed hundreds of innocent passengers.

About crooked prophets, I am still to do my own investigation, but what I saw on my TV screen last week was some rubble of a building that collapsed thousands of miles from my church.
