Bagwasi grabs WBF belt

The Fight Night was facilitated by Scud Missile Promotions. Bagwasi won the vacant title after defeating Tanzanian opponent, Said Chino through a split decision. He thus becomes the first ever World boxing champion from Botswana.

The three officials scored Bagwasi 120 points while his opponents scored 107 points. Bagwasi was a class act on the night and showcased his ring ownership. Chino was not able to bring out the aggression that he is known for as he found himself flat footed. Bagwasi said the win is the biggest achievement of his career.
