First Division South log leaders, Wonder Sporting and Ramotswa side, Letlapeng, played to a 1-1 draw in a fiercely contested league match played at SSG Grounds on Saturday.

Following the controversial termination of both Police XI and Security Systems' Premier League status, Police XI players found themselves in dilemma. The Botswana Football Association (BFA) opened a special transfer window for those players affected by their club's demise. Police XI loaned Zebras defender, Ndiyapo Letsholathebe to BDF XI there was little information as to where the likes of Betsho Pius, Dennis Kaelo, Jackson Legodi and Clarkson Dzimbiri would go. With Wonder Sporting looking set to get promoted to the Premier League, the said players have since joined them in an effort to improve their chances.

Just like Police XI, Wonder is an institutional club for the Botswana Police Service (BPS) under the Special Support Group (SSG) branch. Besides former Police XI players, Wonder Sporting also managed to secure the services of former Gaborone United left back, Boitumelo 'Bashin' Modisaotsile. However Letlapeng were not to be intimidated by the big names and never looked like a side playing away from home. They were solid at back although their goalkeeper, Mxolisi Godaba looked suspect at times.
