Rollers offload three defenders

After parting ways with Moemedi 'Jomo' Moatlhaping, Zulian Phiri and Patrick Kasongo, recently, Gaborone giants, Township Rollers have released three more players.

Right back, Gabriel Bokhutlo, left back, Boniface Makolo and veteran defender, Cecil 'Lolo' Mosojane have been told they are surplus to requirements at Rollers club spokesperson, Molatlhegi Mangole said yesterday. Mangole told Mmegi Sport that as they bring in new players, they have to release some to meet the Premier League quota of 25.

Mosojane was not a regular last season and his release is no surprise. But the offloading of Bokhutlo and Makolo will come as a shocker to many.
