Prison XI go for Fighters' jugular

Prisons XI are expected to go for the jugular when they confront Mogoditshane Fighters at SSG Ground tomorrow in a crucial First Division South League match.

Prisons XI are still hopeful of toppling Black Peril who lead the competition with four points and make a return to the Premier League. Black Peril meet Masitaoka seeking to strengthen their charge for the title and automatic qualification. They lead the log with 37 points with Prisons XI trailing with 33. 

Fighters are currently on position four with 28 points with three games still to go. They would not qualify even for the Premier League promotion play-offs if they win all their remaining games. They are still to forfeit six points as per the sentence imposed on them after last season's debacle when they were found guilty of 'giving away' their play-off game to Jwaneng Comets after realising that their slide from top-flight football is unstoppable.
