Miscellaneous still stuck in Serowe

Tonight's BTC Premiership encounter between Township Rollers and Miscellaneous hangs in the balance as the Serowe side was still to make the long trip to Gaborone, late this afternoon.

Miscellaneous argues it received late, correspondence regarding the fixture, to be played at 7pm at the UB Stadium, late.

However, the BPL is adamant that Miscellaneous should travel today for the fixture.

Miscellaneous general manager, Mpho Outule complained that they were notified late, in addition to traveling south for three consecutive fixtures.

"We are still in Serowe as we speak," Otule said, minutes before 3pm.

"It will be our third game away, we are told the changes are due to the CHAN competition, but the competition is still far," he argued.

He said it would be difficult for the team to make it on time for the fixture, if at all they will travel.

However, BPL chief executive officer, Thabo Ntshinogang has said action will be taken if the team fails to fulfill the fixture.
