The High Court yesterday granted former Botswana Premier League (BPL) chief executive officer, Bennett Mamelodi permission to serve papers in a case in which he is challenging his dismissal at Botswana Football Association (BFA).

Mamelodi will serve South African forensic audit firm, ADM Financial Forensic Services with papers to appear as part of the court proceedings in the case. 

He was removed from his position at the BPL after a forensic conducted by ADM Finance Audit showed financial irregularities with a deficit of P6.2 million. Earlier this year, Mamelodi was successful in his court application to add the audit firm as one of the respondents in the matter.
