Mbere grabbed the post from Dabilani Buthali whom he floored by 17 votes to 13. Gabriel Ngele, the treasurer of Botswana Darts Association (BODA) and former volleyball president, Sesupo Mosweu, were unopposed in the race for BNSC treasurer and additional member respectively. The department of sports and recreation voted Lincoln Goitsemang as their representative in the committee replacing Kesholofetse Phethu, while Thato Sepora was re-appointed the representative of the Ministry of Education.
