Kalahari Challenge�s �Magwinya Express� to lure local riders

Organisers of the annual Gem Diamonds Kalahari MTB Cycling Challenge say they are targeting more local riders for this year’s edition to be held from June 9-11.

Speaking at the launch of the competition at Avani Hotel on Tuesday, race director, Seamus O’Neill said in their desire to promote the event and sport of mountain biking, this year they have made efforts to include more local riders.

He said they have come up with an idea entitled ‘Magwinya Express’ which allows local riders to participate at a discounted rate.
