Intriguing Coke draw on the cards

The last time we had the so-called big guns in the Coca-Cola Cup final was in 1994 when Township Rollers beat Gaborone United (GU) 4-1. It is not always that we find the soccer gods smiling either on the teams, sponsors, spectators or the association.
But looking at the last eight teams in the quarterfinals of this year's Coca-Cola Cup, there is no doubt that the likes of KBL marketing director, Sesupo Wagamang together with his team and the BFA are jubilating. The soccer gods had indeed conspired to have all the big guns (Centre Chiefs, Extension Gunners, GU, ECCO City Greens, Mogoditshane Fighters, TAFIC, Rollers and Uniao Flamengo Santos) all in the quarterfinals.
It highlights the need to protect rights such as access to clean water, education, healthcare and freedom of expression.President Duma Boko, rightly honours past interventions from securing a dignified burial for Gaoberekwe Pitseng in the CKGR to promoting linguistic inclusion.
