First Division North faces action over audit

The Botswana Football Association (BFA) has written to the First Division North committee to account for more than P100,000, which was given out by the mother body as a grant.

The committee reportedly failed to account for the funds, and the chairperson, Mpenzeni Sambandawe, treasurer, Goodos Ketlogetswe and secretary general, Rapula Gaothobogwe face possible suspension.

The BFA has given the committee up to October 2, 2018 to account for the funds, which were meant for the clubs.
