Caravans not a priority - Sebego

Francistown Regional Football Association (FRAFA) chairperson Jonas Msomi Ikgopoleng recently told an Annual General Meeting (AGM) that the country's football governing body has reneged on its promise.BFA, under the leadership of David Fani, promised to procure caravans for the region. Following the promise, FRAFA approached the Francistown City Council (FCC) to provide an office space at the Francistown stadium, which the council approved.

The idea was to erect a porta camp (caravan) comprising two furnished offices and a conference room as well as a FIFA-donated ablution, he said."The Regional Committee is now very disappointed to inform you that BFA has made a U-turn and is saying those porta camps are not available and one may wonder where they are and what prompted them to make such a promise," Ikgopoleng said. Contacted for comment, Sebego said the promise (of caravans) was made prematurely.
