Bots U-17 girls Nipped

Namibia beat Botswana 2-1 in a highly contested first leg of the Women’s Under-17 World Cup qualifiers played at the National Stadium yesterday. Botswana’s first chance came in the fourth minute.

Esalenna Galekhutle laid a pass to Lesego Radiakanyo, but the latter skewed her shot.

Kamogelo Omphile then made a goal line after Ashely Solomos chipped over advancing keeper in the 14th minute.
