BONA has now joined the Africa Netball Federation (ANF) as it was felt that CANA was not doing enough for netball.

The association's president, Tebogo Lebotse told delegates at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Palapye on Saturday that BONA is now affiliated to ANF in line with the world body's constitution. "We are no longer affiliated to CANA. The international federation has passed a motion of no confidence on it. We are now affiliated to Africa Netball, which is the official body recognised by the international federation," she said.
