Ambitious Nico plan to raid ECCO for players

FRANCISTOWN: Ambitious Nico United plan to poach at least three players from fellow Premier League side, ECCO City Greens. Nico chairperson, Mothusi Taolo said they have written to ECCO seeking permission to open talks with players he refused to name.

“It is true that we have sought permission from ECCO to approach at least three players currently attached to them,” he said. It is understood that Nico is in the process of signing gritty Emmanuel Nlu, right back Trinity Nko and midfielder, Mogomotsi Samson from ECCO. 

Taolo said they want to beef up the squad to make Nico a force to reckon with next season.
