The late Gary Michael Wills made invaluable contributions to the advancement of Science Education, Teacher Training and Educational Publishing in Botswana.

He was born in Poole, England on April 5, 1951.

He began his career as a Science Teacher at Tavistock Comprehensive School in Devon, in 1972; subsequently teaching at Seldon Secondary School, 1973-1976 in Dorset, where he became the Head of the Biology Department.
