Twelve Days For Kalafatis Trial

LOBATSE: The John Kalafatis murder case, before Lobatse High Court Judge, David Newman, will be heard over 12 days. The trial will commence in February next year.

On Friday, prosecution and defence agreed on February 2-11 and March 7-11 for resumption of the trial. The state is expected to call 20 witnesses.

However, only 15 witnesses will give oral evidence, after five witnesses statements were admitted at the High Court on Friday.
