Trojan robbery suspects plead not guilty

Five men accused of robbing Trojan Security of about P2 million and stealing a motor vehicle pleaded not guilty to all the charges yesterday.

The accused appeared before Extension II Magistrate Court after they were given time to sort out their legal representation.

Motlhatlhobi Bagopi, Onkabetse Malope, Brutus Mokgalo, Gerald Zikhale and Mishack Kangangwane allegedly stole a Toyota Hilux and hijacked a Trojan Security van headed for Gantsi from Gaborone on August 19, 2011.They told the court that they will not make any admissions regarding the evidence led against them.
