Tonota illegal gambler wanted for stabbing man

FRANCISTOWN: Tonota police are continuing their search for an illegal gambler who left the life of a 24-year-old man hanging by a thread at the Nyangabgwe Referral Hospital (NRH).

Tonota Police Station commander, Oteng Ngada explained that the victim of Semotswane ward was stabbed multiple times with a sharp object which is believed to be a knife.

The incident happened on Saturday at around 7pm. Ngada further said that the victim sustained serious injuries. The suspect, a Motswana man, is still at large.
