Diteko filed an urgent application after last week’s suspension, which was effected from January 11 to March 31, 2016 by the school authorities. In his founding affidavit through his attorneys Motswagole and Company, Diteko wanted the court to nullify his suspension and be reinstated at the college to continue with his education.
He also said upon reinstatement, he should be afforded remedial tuition and all other facilities to make-up for the school time he lost as a result of his suspension.
