A fierce battle erupted between the state prosecutors and the Nchindo's legal team about who should represent Golconda Holdings in the corruption case heard at the regional magisterial court in Gaborone.

The state prosecutor, Kgosietsile Ngakaagae, argues that Garvas and her sister Nicola should shoulder the responsibility of representing the company and take a plea on its behalf.
